How do I post a banner and アイコン for my new club?

The first person to tell me gets 3 props, the 秒 person who tells me will get 2 props, and the third person who tells me will get 1 prop. And even if your not one of the first 3 people to answer, I'll still ファン you.

and then browse アイコン and banner from Your computer file
