What was the worst insult あなた ever told someone?

Well, this girl who lived on my street, she was 18, maybe 19 years old, pregnant and she ロスト the baby (miscarriage) So, a few days after everyone on my 通り, ストリート had found out, i saw her walking by, so i, for no reason at all, 発言しました that it's great how あなた had a miscarrige, the growing fetus inside of あなた probably thought it would be better to check out of life early, than to put up with such a Scum of a mother. あなた and people like あなた should all be sterilised.

I've never spoken または seen her since.

It's not really what I said, it's who I have 発言しました to.

I've told my mom, dad and brother that I hated them.
