Here あなた go! Hope it's okay, couldn't find one like yours but this has the スプリット, 分割 screen. Originally had just blue but I tweaked it so that it could have a little bit of ピンク in it (hope あなた can see that part, LOL, it doesn't come up that great on here) and some effects. =) Hope this is what あなた wanted.
