Ok I'm really confused now :(

I put a pic that was 1500x1000 and i put it in 壁紙 and it went into 写真 not 壁紙 and it 発言しました that any pic smaller than 800x600 will be put as photos.....so I don't get y the pic that was 1500x1000 was put in 壁紙 :(
