People really lay blame into Snow and Charming for this when it's actually REALLY OUT OF CHARACTER for them. But than again, people just love to hate on the good guys for anything. I feel like the other two were more at fault. Snow and Charming had every intention of bringing the baby back to Maleficent. They weren't told that the baby would be banished to another realm. But Isaac is undeniably the one who is at fault. He has the power to bend others to his will! He can freaking change personalities with the way he name Snow and Charming evil and made Hook a wuss and allergic to rum. So yeah, he's definitely more at fault than Snow and Charming are.

Snow and Charming. Issac cannot change people's personalities, he can just affect the choices people make slightly. Besides that, Snow and Charming have their OWN free will and it was extremely selfish what they did, just to make sure Emma stayed good they were selfish and took Maleficent's child because they assumed she would be evil like her mother. They were wrong. Its their fault, not question.

It felt too OOC for there not to be some influence on Snow and Charming, even though the dialogue was vague over whether Isaac had manipulated their decision too or just the Apprentice and the circumstances more generally. It was either that or just bad writing. This is one of my most hated story-lines.
