Are these NARUTO -ナルト- OC's realistic?

y friend is making a NARUTO -ナルト- fanfic, he wants his character to be an uchiha and has convinced himself that itatchi can spare him during the wiping of the clan because he is Shusui's son and shusui would ask him to keep his OC alive. I am trying to convince him that an uchiha character other that sasuke would completely mess up the storyline of naruto. he also wants his character to have lava style and currently ranks もっと見る powerful than both sasuke and neji when あなた put the stats together.
