What is the oldest movie you've ever watched?

Mine is 'The Kid'. It was a funny but a sad film. Charles Chaplin was a genius, it's so sad that I could never see one of his 映画 when he was alive. I was born 2000! :'(

The oldest movie I've ever seen would have to be the first karate kid, not the one with jaden smith but the one with Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita.

I don't know if あなた can consider it a movie but I saw Georges Melies 1902 trip to the moon. It was at a class about the history of cinema. Battleship potemkin is a classic too if あなた haven't see it. There is a lot of wonderful black and white 映画 like the Heiress (1949). Snow white and the seven dwarfs is also old (1937) and most people has seen it!!I 愛 Charlie Chaplin movies!! Especially Modern times!

I have seen many silent films. Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin are my favorite! I think I saw a silent film from 1899 または somewhere in the late 1800. But I have seen many in the early 1900's.You are quite suprised about how good they are even without talking. :)

Gone with the Wind and The Wizard of Oz (original). They both came out in 1939. Both are great 映画 によって the way. However, if you're counting animated movies, the original Snow White came out in 1937, and I've also seen that.
