As far as good eggs go, they don\'t get much good-er or eggier than One Direction\'s Liam Payne, because he took time out of his crazy busy schedule last week to visit a 1D fan who couldn\'t make it to the tour. Heart of gold, that one.

Kenz is currently putting up an amazing fight while battling cancer, and because she\'s stuck in hospital in New York City right now, attending the OTRA with her pals wasn\'t really an option.

But things were seriously looking UP when actual Liam showed up around 1am to try and make it up to her, looking a total dream in his leather jacket to have a chat with her about all things 1D.

Spilling all the secrets from their little one-on-one meet up, Kenz (@hotinebling) wrote on Twitter how Liam "legit came to my hospital room at 1:30 in the morning and we just talked for like half an hour about his stories".

And confirming everyone\'s suspicions that Liam\'s a total mega babe, she added that "it was just amazing, he\'s an amazing person".

Messages from a friend of Kenz are floating round Twitter too, revealing a few more deets about his surprise visit to the hospital. Apparently he stayed for a whole half hour, and even played her an unreleased One Direction song which is BEYOND awesome.

But if you want the final inside scoop that will literally make your heart shrivel up to the size of a prune, the friend also said that he signed her hospital pillow before he left, writing "Sweet dreams MacKenzie xx Liam".

Reckon he was just wearing that jacket to keep his fluffy angel wings under wraps? When we grow up we want to be Liam James Payne.
