I also have panic attacks. 音楽 helps me calm my ハート, 心 rate down and relax. My mom and dad adopted two boys from Alaska. One of the boys caused a lot of fear and pain in the ホーム and I started having them shortly after. God has helped me through my fear. I'm only ten but that doesn't mean that I'm not strong. My dad deployed in March and he wasn't coming ホーム for a year. But, one of the adopted boys had to go to a mental heath facility in Missouri . I 愛 歌う and performing in front of my family. I have a microphone, ピアノ , and ギター in my room. I hope that someday I will be able to sing in front of my church. I go to a non-denominational church in Colorado Springs
