As of Quinn's relationship status, she is with no one at the moment. However, I would 愛 for her to be with Joe. Many people suspected that she was with Joe since "Dance With Somebody" up to the finale. But they were just best フレンズ at that time. People also suspected that she and Puck got together at the finale, but they didn't. Quinn just kissed him for confidence.
