"So, I'll be leaving then." Hoenheim, looked at Trisha, and then at his three sons. He gave them one last smile, and then left. As he walked down the path, he reflected on how he would see them when he came home. "They'll probably be all grown up."

"Say, Ed?" Mason called from the corner of the shed. "This is the taboo. Shouldn't we leave it alone?" Ed looked away from the window, and at his brother.
"Do あなた want Mom back, または not?" Ed retorted. Mason scratched his head, and then nodded confidently. They both looked at Alphonse at the table. He turned around with a pan of all the ingredients, and the placed them into he transmutation circle.
"Brothers? Are we ready?" Al asked shakily. Mason and Ed nodded.
"But first," Mason said, "We need something to exchange for mom's soul." Mason grabbed a ナイフ from on 上, ページのトップへ of the table, and pricked his finger with it. Then he handed it to Ed and Al. They all three put their fingers above the pan, and watched as the blood spread through the black powder. Ed knelt down first, and placed his hands on the circle. It stared to glow faintly, and then Mason placed his hands on it too, and it grew brighter. It did the same when Al placed his hands on as well. They all looked at each other, happiness filling their eyes. But just as Mason began to think it would work, the glow went from a soft blue, to a menacing dark purple. He looked around, fear replacing the happiness he had felt only moments ago. He watched as things went terribly wrong. Al was being pulled in, and Ed wasn't moving. Mason reached for Al
"Alphonse!" He called. That seemed to wake Ed up. He looked around, and saw Al. He reached out too. Mason looked at Ed, and saw that his leg was gone. "What happ-" Mason was cut off as he felt an intense pain creep up his right arm. He looked down at it, and watched as it dissapeared up to his elbow. He was staring in horror, as he felt the same pain begin to creep down his back, and the 次 thing he knew, his lower back was gone too. Mason looked back at Alphonse, who was almost completely gone now. What have we done?! This wasn't supposed to happen!!!
"ALPHONSE!!! NO!!" Mason heard Ed scream. Mason looked through tears, and saw a suit of armor hanging on the wall. He crawled over to it, an dislodged it, letting it crash to the floor. He and Ed crawled over to it. "Take whatever あなた want, just give him back!" Ed shouted.
"He's our brother!" Mason yowled. "Give him back to us!" He and Ed clapped one hand each together, and then onto the armor. The shed was bathed in a bright blue light, as the two of them bonded their brother to the armor. When in the blue light, Mason saw a gate. He looked around, and saw a white figure. "What?" Mason moved closer, wincing as his body screamed in protest.
"Let me 表示する あなた something." The white figure said. Mason was suddenly engulfed in images. They raced past him, but he could see them clear as day. A man with a toothbrush mu stash stood out to him the most. He saw a small red stone, and a man with two swords... what was all of it? And then suddenly, it was over. Mason looked around, dazed, and saw the figure again. Then it all made sense.
"Wait! I need to see that again!" Mason yelled. But the strange character held out his finger and moved it back and forth.
"Sorry, but that all あなた get to see. If もっと見る had been taken, あなた would have seen もっと見る of it. Mason was then aware of his missing arm and back. But he felt the same pain again. "And now, as the price of bonding your brothers soul, あなた will lose the rest of that arm, and your left arm as well." Mason's eyes widened. He looked down, and suddenly the rest of his arm was gone. He looked at his left arm, but it wasn't there, and then he looked down further, and saw much blood on the ground. He looked at the figure again, but it was fading. Eventually, Mason awoke in the shed. He saw his blood laying 次 to him, and looked for Ed and Al. Mason spotted Ed less than two feet away, whispering to himself.
"This wasn't supposed to happen... Alphonse, shouldn't be suit of armor... Mason," He looked at his brother, "We blew it." Mason looked at Al, and saw a giant 大きな塊, ハンク of metal. Mason looked back at Ed, and felt sick. And then he looked at the circle. As the smoke cleared, Mason caught a glimpse of what they had created. This time, he actually puked. It wasn't even human. It was rasping, and trying to stand, but then it just lie there. Motionless. Mason's vision was getting blurry. Just as he was about to pass out, He felt Alphonse pick them both up, and soon, they were running across the field. Mason looked up at the sky, and felt the rain. He was starting to wonder if he would even live または not. But Mason heard a door open and out of the corner of his eye saw a faint light. Mason heard two people gasp simultaneously, and then passed out.
