You could, like, hover over the option and see the names or something like that.

quiz results can be seen (at least from your fanlist)the same could be done for picks i guess though i think thats not needed.
if you think aboot the amount of users on this site posting eeeeeeeeveryones result would just be ridiculous!

anyway..its not like people make a lot of picks these days they prefer to spam the answers
