Is this the Snow Queen?

This was from Rebel's Got Talent, but she's been in others? Thoughts on her design? Is she really the Snow クイーン または just a background?

Never noticed her! But she could very well be the Snow Queen; she looks a lot like the Snow Queen's daughter would look. She hasn't been introduced in Ever After High, so we don't know for sure. I 愛 her デザイン though! :)

don't know why あなた didn't just correct me on not knowing what cinnamonbon meant によって Snow Queen.Instead あなた just told me that アナと雪の女王 was loosely based on a fairy tale. Which has very little to do with アナと雪の女王 being a fairy tale itself.The only thing it indicates is that あなた thought I didn't know that アナと雪の女王 was "loosely" based on a book.This ディベート could've easily got needlessly complicated if I misinterpreted what cinna meant when reread the question. Btw I'm not the biggest ファン of people correcting me on mistakes I made months age especially on conventional stuff such as アナと雪の女王 when there's a 1/6 chance that I didn't find out already.

あなた are correct about this "snow princess" being in もっと見る than one episode. I think I saw her in "And The Thronecoming クイーン Is…". But the Ever After High Wikia considers her a backgrounder so she's not the real Snow Queen's daughter.
