The top half is okay, except the shoulder part. I hate the shiny material, it looks so shiny and cheap, like a latex dress, or like it's coated in plastic wrap, or something. The bottom is incredibly gaudy, and way too huge. It looks like a cross between an overdecorated cake and an incredibly heavy curtain. The primary problem is the hideous yellow color.
The only positive thing I can say is that it flows well.
When I was a little kid I didn't have an opinion on any of the princess' dresses either way, but I remember never liking this dress.

The blue one is really boring and it doesn't do anything good for her... And the green just looks weird with those puffy shoulder/sleeves thing :s

i don't like it

I like the way the dress looks while she's outside in the snow, but when she's inside it looks hideous to me for some reason.

all her dresses are beautiful,except the blue one, that is just ok . But i hate none

@Dreamygal- I think the hood completes the dress, and covers the sleeves, that's why.

The only one I like is the green one.
The yellow one is just hideous, the blue one is a horrid shape for her and awfully bland, and I hate the cross pattern thing on the pink dress.

Meh. The cloak is fine ( though I hate cloaks as a rule). But this really looks like a bathrobe/pajama combination. I've never liked the huge stripe that goes directly down the middle of the bodice and the skirt.

I'm also not fond of the yellow Butterfinger gown.
