I think Belle would fall for Phillip, she dreamed of "far off places, daring swordfights" a fairytale prince, Phillip definatley fits the bill.

disney_prince, exactly my thoughts. she's reading to the sheep about meeting prince charming but "she won't discover that its him till chapter 3" so to me it makes sense for either philip or Eric

i think belle & phillip are very romantic dreamers, and i could totally imagine belle reading a book in a forest and phillip finding her and falling in love @ first sight. I think belle is a falling in love @ first sight kind of girl.
