A transgender Dp won't be a DP since you have to be a girl to be a Princess. And a lot of these lost the idea that DPs are for kids. Even through It would be cool to see a mental disorder DP or a Disabled one. The only real problem with that besides the age this is set to. Is the fact that the character would be used for sympathy besides any of their personality. Cause people seem to treat them dumb, give them too much sympathy, makes fun of them or just ignore them all together. I can only imagine how bad it's being a mentally disordered/disabled. Take" SnowDrop" from "SnowDrop." It takes a good aspect of each the viewers are post to have sympathy, The Kid are either are ignoring her, making fun of her or have very low expectations for her. And at the end she proved them wrong. and it ended with a good moral.A goth Dp I don't know about that one. And same goes for the plus size Dp. And I think a modern times DP would be very fun to watch and I would imagine be a lot like Sailor Moon or Coraline.

It wouldn't change anything. I saw a piece of Frozen fanart once where Anna was plus size, and I wasn't offended or... anything, really. She was still cute and fun and desperate for love (obviously).

So I don't think that having a plus size DP would be too "out there".

A lesbian/bi DP all of them in the future expect for modern times, I really didn't like that in The Princess and the frog that much, it seems that the movie lacks magic that's why in my opinion is better to make movies like DP in ancient times it gives the movie a more magical feeling.

Well Pocahontas already has a tattoo and quite many DPs have earrings so I don't think I would mind if there'd be someone with both.

This one. Because people with tattoos, piercings, and band shirt's are always labeled as bad people or druggies. I'm one of them and actually, 99.99% of us aren't. That's just the way we dress and that's the music we like. Most of the music has to do with mental disorders too.

A thicker (not obese) princess wouldn't be bad, but Merida already is thicker, and non-princesses Tinkerbell, Katrina van Tassel and Eep are too.

Firstly, any person who labels herself as a female is a female. So a transgender princess is considered a girl. I mean if she is born as a male and identifies as a female. Any of these except "a modern princess" would be great. But as some people here said making a chubby princess would be more possible right now.
@Audrey Freak Kida has tattoos but she isn't a normal princess, she is a princess of a place that doesn't exist and that has those traditions. You've never seen a princess with a gown and a tattoo.
Merida isn't chubby at all she is a bit wider but her stomach is still flat, her arms are thin and she isn't busty. Also Croods isn't a a Disney Movie, Katrina van Tassel is busty but I'm not sure if she can be considered chubby since her waist is very very small and her weight looks normal also she isn't well known. Tinker Bell can't even be considered chubby she just has a pear shaped figure. She is really slim especially in the Tinkerbell Movies.

Not gonna lie, that's my preference.

There is little to no positive representation of the disabled community in the media. They are a very forgotten group of people that were discriminated against for so long and still are, honestly, I have been waiting for so long to see a disabled DP. My next choice would be one with a mental disorder.
