I think Jasmine is difficult since she would like someone who is adventurous, sweet and devoted who understands her and really wishes to be with her. Eric is not adventurous, Flynn would not be initially interested with her, John Smith would have nothing in common, Beast too rude etc. But Phillip is adventurous and devoted, and was tried to be forced to marry someone so they would have that in common.

Or Phillip. I think Jasmine would want a guy who is above everything progressive( Phillip was willing to marry a commoner, Eric immediately accepted Ariel after learning she is a MERMAID), not classist( again, Phillip was willing to marry a commoner and Eric is very friendly and respectful towards Grimsby and is clearly adored by everyone for a reason), nice( polite, not overly cocky) and humorous.
