I still have no clue what the big difference is, actually....

Disney World is too big for me too handle. Disneyland is more manageable and I had a much better time when I went there.

Disneyland was the first park Walt Disney created and is in California.
Disneyworld was the one he did later on...it's in Orlando and way bigger than Disneyland, but enough to have an own highway. And from my perspective, it's naturally better, since I would hardly yet over to the US just to spend a day or two in Disneyland....there would be always the need to combine it with other places to visit. Disneyworld on the other hand I could visit a week or two without getting bored....Last time I could go there, I managed all parks and the typhoon Lagoon in six days, but that was shortly before the animal Kingdom opened, so I guess I would need more time for the next trip.

By far for me. I like them both, but there is so much more to see and do at Disney World.

I've only been in Disneyland Paris

I've been to every Disney theme park and Disney World Orlando is by far the greatest. There's so many kingdoms to visit so it doesn't seem as crowded if your in one park and being single rider really paid off me :)
