First a little introduction, I have every intention of seeing this movie, but here are my personal judgments of this movie based on the controversies surrounding it, trailers and so forth. Since i like to end on a happy note, we'll start with the bad.
5. THE pRINCESS: When I first saw this trailer i was thinking "how the hell can a black waitress from New Orleans in the 20's be a princess? but the もっと見る trailers that got released i slowly realized that Tiana isn't actually a princess at all, at least not によって birth anyway, suddenly the whole she turns into a frog thing made allot もっと見る sense. But why does it have to take place so recently? to me fairy tales always took place in no particular time, and if they did it was a long time ago, but こんにちは i guess they wanna say that fairy tales can take place any time anywhere, but if your going to have it take place so recently, can't あなた AT LEAST make it historically accurate? i'v got news for あなた writers, Tiana is NOT a name people had back then, i know all those pc nut bars 発言しました that the name "Maddie" was racist, but there are SO many other names あなた could've gone with like, Elizabeth, Kate, Jean, Betty? Veronica? SOMETHING OTHER THEN TIANA! Also if they wanted to make an African princess why didn't they use an African story? Why would they go with one from europe?

4. THE CONTROVERSY: My god, the controversy surrounding this film is AMAZING. Like wow, where do i begin? First off, how is the name Maddie racist? I mean it's short for Madiline, right? so? so what? another thing that was "racist" was making our lead a maid. Again, how? I mean Snow White was, シンデレラ was. Oh i see if a white girl is a maid it's totally fine, but a black girl no no no. THATS racist! Also allot of people thought the prince was white, and that that was also racist, well first of all he's not and second, how is supporting mixed race couples racist and condemning them not, when did that happen.

3. THE ARROGANCE: for as many people who think this movie is the devils work, there are just as many who think it was crafted from the hands of ジーザス Christ himself. The biggest thing is that it's Disney's first black princess. Maybe so, but i have a few things to say about that. First of all why wasn't this much fuss made over Disney's first arabian princess, または chinese? I mean non white heros and heroines in ディズニー 映画 is NOT a new thing. Also have あなた seen those interviews they do with the guys who worked on the film? They all talk about it like its the 次 Citizen Kane. For example, have あなた noticed how they always say "Tiana's going to be the strongest princess yet, she's not waiting around for some prince". Now lets analyze this, shall we? Now I'm going to assume they mean strong character wise in development. Well aren't all the princesses strong and developed characters? The best examples i can think of are Belle, Cinderella, Ariel and Mulan. Those are just the first that come to mind. And the whole "waiting around for her prince", okay i think were gonna need a princess rundown.
Lets start with Snow White. Did she wait around for her prince? well yeah, but she was asleep. And throughout the rest of the movie, even though she wasn't as feminine as later heroines, she was still a very active character, in fact she didn't even think about her prince that much. Next
Cinderella: She always dreamed of love, but she was never really looking for it. Her main motivation to go to the ball was to just have fun, falling in 愛 was just icing on the cake. And her prince definitely did not save her, she saved herself, with help from the mice of coarse, okay ALOT of help. Then came
Aurora: probably the least active one, but the 映画 not exactly about her, she's a big part of it but it's really about the fairies. She did need to be rescued, but again she was under a spell. 次 Ariel: She was one of the most active characters, she was weak and naive, but not helpless. But being inexperienced with life just makes her もっと見る relatable. 次 we'll do
Jasmine: allot like Ariel she was witty and felt trapped, but wasn't even really looking for a prince charming, like at all. lets go on to
Belle: Belle is great, she's full of personality and never needed saving.
Mulan: do i even have to say anything
pocahntas: another strong character who actually saved HER prince, and she never even dreamed of love, just excitement. She didn't even really get a happily ever after.

2. THE SILLINESS: anyone who's seen clips from the movie can tell it's got some crazy over the 上, ページのトップへ jokes, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, some 映画 were able to pull that off. Hercules hat some honestly funny jokes, but it didn't try and take itself too seriously. It knew what it was doing, and turned out as an all around just fun movie. The heros were fun, the villain was fun, the 音楽 was fun and it worked. Also ムーラン has some great jokes, and they were able to mix the funny with seriousness and it worked. But thats hard to do, i mean just look at Aladdin. The ジャスミン and アラジン 愛 story is trying to push threw, but its just being bombarded with over the 上, ページのトップへ humor and its distracting, especially since Robin Williams was the genie.

1. THE VOICE: Why? why does every animated film need to be starring all kinds of celebrity's. I mean it could be worse, they could have casted ビヨンセ または something dumb but like why? Look at classic Disney, they never casted big stars, and they never promoted the hell out of the actors either. They kept it a secret so that there was an element of Mystery. But it seems no animated film these days can escape that. Now for some good things

5. TRADITIONAL ANIMATION: My god is it a breath of fresh air to see a movie done like that. My hope is that this film will kick off yet another ディズニー renaissance with traditionally animated films. It's sad that it seems to be fading, hate to say it but the only studio that can make CG look good is pixar, シュレック IS OVERRATED!

4. A GREAT LOOK: this movie seems to leap off the screen whenever i see a trailer, which is もっと見る that can be 発言しました for most trailers these days

3. MARKETING TO KIDS: Whens the last time あなた saw a trailer for a kids movie that actually looked good and/or intelligent? It's nice to see someone taking kids seriously again.

2. THE MUSIC: well what can i say, judging によって what i've seen it sounds good

1. NOT CHICKENING OUT: lets face it, since the controversy started they have backed down and changed the heroines name, her occupation and motivation. But they didn't change the location または the idea of using voodoo, two things they complained about the most.

So there あなた go,my ramblings, some of あなた might call it nit picking, but i call it sh*t picking.

I spent the night wandering the streets, using the moon as my guide. I’d follow it anywhere partly because I left without a real plan. Any regret または fear I had, I overcame it with my excitement and curiosity for this world beyond the palace walls. I never realized there were so many merchants around.
“A pretty ネックレス for a pretty lady!”
I backed away and almost bumped into a man with a sword in his mouth. We had entertainers come to the palace who would 飲み込む their sword. I always looked away. I couldn’t imagine the entertainment...

 A Blonde Haired Elvis?
A Blonde Haired Elvis?
Hi guys, since Beauty and the Beast will be coming 次 年 in March. Here is my opinion and reason on why Gerard Butler should be the perfect beast, comparing him to Dan Stevens.

Gerard Butler

I watched the Phantom of the Opera a few weeks 前 after not seeing it for many years, I always thought that it was Antonio Banderas playing the タイトル character. But it did not sound like him at all!
So here is my reason why I think Gerard is the perfect beast, he nailed the character of the Phantom perfectly and he has a rock & roll quality in his voice! He also managed to play a very a sympathetic...

Elsa, where are you? In Saudi Arabia?
Elsa, where are you? In Saudi Arabia?
Alright! After gallivanting across Europe, let's travel to the Middle East to meet with our Elsa there. As she enjoys doing Belly Dancing and seeing Jerusalem!

Persian (Voice Actress: Soodeh Fekri)

This newly dub is very young and youthful, this is the one of the rarest thing in the whole Middle Eastern countries and I'm glad they found a singer who could voice actress. However, it's the chorus that's needs もっと見る improvement, especially the first chorus. (ratings:7/10)

Arabic (Voice Actress: Nesma Mahgoub)

The language is very vast and mysterious, it's really fits Elsa a lot, especially her voice...

These are some Polyvore outfits I made based on the ディズニー princesses' styles. I tried to stay true to the Colors(色) of their outfits and the styles they would wear in the modern age.

link
I made this set based on Snow White's dress colors, and her sweet personality goes well with the cardigan, shirt, and 林檎, アップル earrings. Whoever wears this outfit can "look the part" with the red lipstick.

This set is based off of Cinderella's elegant style. She would keep it simple, yet very pretty. White skinny jeans seem like her thing. The hope ネックレス represents the way she always stays optimistic.

So this is gonna be a kind of short quick article. But since I'm new to the spot I thought I'd kind of just let everyone know who my two お気に入り are and why.

Ariel

I like Ariel for a few reasons. One of which is the fact that I like her story line the best. I 愛 the whole underwater thing and the fact that she's one of the only not human Princesses is pretty cool. I was in 愛 with the idea of her trying to become human...and the fact that she traded her voice for legs was very unique. Her story was just a fun watch.

I also really 愛 her voice. It's just so pretty and soothing and what...

Alright, so ever since I saw 塔の上のラプンツェル way back when, my mind has kind of been in a tizzy over a lot of things. Mostly, my 愛 for 発言しました movie, Flynn Rider, and my desperate want to play Mother Gothel in any alternate productions of the movie.

But also: can frying pans really work the way they do in the movie?

I'm not one to usually harp upon factual things in movies, especially animated ones, but I figured it would be a ton of fun to figure out the mathematical (scientific? I'm not sure how to classify it, really) logical-ness behind fighting bad guys with キッチン appliances.

Now, if the average...

Ever since Merida forgave Elsa, she couldn't help but feel a small sense of closure to her past rage. Deep down, she knew she also had to forgive Rapunzel. Though, she didn't want to. *It won't be easy, but I feel it'll give もっと見る closure.* she thought. ムーラン suddenly entered the room. Merida couldn't help but stare at her hair.

"Your hair! I 愛 it!" she exclaimed. "I thought I'd braid it. It wouldn't have turned out this good if it weren't for Pocahontas' raccoon friend Meeko." ムーラン replied stroking her braid. Merida leaned back in her bed. "The 1st time we came here, I learned some things...

After lunch, ムーラン had a tingly feeling inside her as she summoned up the courage to Shang the news. She took a deep breath. "Shang, can I talk to あなた for a sec?" she asked. They went into their guest bedroom. "What is it, Mulan?" Shang asked. "How do I tell you?" ムーラン asked. "Tell me what? あなた know あなた can tell me anything." Shang said. "I'm pregnant again." ムーラン confessed.

Shang had the biggest smile ムーラン had ever seen in her life. "Mulan, that's great!" Shang replied as he picked her up and twirled her around. "I don't know Shang. What if I don't 愛 this one as much as Ping?" ムーラン speculated....

Rapunzel woke up.

She was laying in the grass, and she did not see the years that she had cried..

I cried my ハート, 心 out.. Why are they gone?

How long was I asleep?

Rapunzel tried to figure out how long she had been asleep.

Then she remembered..

The Knife!

But.. That's only if I have no one left..

And I have no one..

"Maybe later.. I have to figure out.. How long I was asleep."

She walked around.

She saw footsteps.

But they were faint, very faint. She wasn't even sure if they were footsteps..

I'll follow them.. Maybe they'll lead somewhere.

Then she kept walking.

And then.. She found..

Hair?

It was red hair,...

Merida really needed an eye-opener. If she let her sensitivity get in the way of everything else again, she could've potentially kissed her friendships with Pocahontas and ムーラン goodbye. Incidentally, Shang would probably still despise her. Truth be told, her mother, Elanor, was right. She WAS もっと見る sensitive than she realized. The young archer was glad she was being taught how to corner her wild emotion. She wrote down everything Pocahontas told her.

"Every time we realize what's bothering us after cornering it, we come up with positive solutions." Pocahontas taught. Merida wrote everything...
