Can あなた help me?

So I have to lead a Quiet Time group as part of my local church group. The thing is, I'm not sure which way to lead it. Its my first time doing anything like this. Does anyone have any ideas/tips for me?

I like the idea of praying for and helping the needy and lonely in your community. Maybe あなた could have a short devotional from scripture on how this pleases the Lord. Then あなた could go out and practice what あなた have learned. The Bible comes alive when we give feet to our faith.
