Personally I don't care much for any of them so I'm just kind of curious about what other fans think, since they seem to be pretty popular.

My opinion on them is actually pretty much how the fans feel about them (the one time my opinion is actually popular). Shrek 2 is the best, the original is still fantastic, Shrek Forever After I like (people are mixed on this one), and Shrek The Third is bad (though most people consider it awful).

I only like this one. The other ones i consider them to be pretty meh-ish.

Not my type of movies, to be honest.
I can see the appeal-adult jokes, action, parody, etc. but those things don't always appeal to me personally. They aren't movies I'd want to watch again and again.
I've only seen the first and the second movies. I'll watch the other ones if someone makes me.

Very hard choice between the first and second, But i think number 2 was better.

I agree with everything KataraLover said. I adore Shrek 2, I love the original, I quite like Shrek 4 and I'm not a big fan of Shrek 3, I don't hate it though.

Definitely. Shrek is great too, though. The last two are terrible
