Spike's surname is never revealed in the series but if あなた read the comics (not seasons 6/8 but the others that fall between episodes of the series) it is revealed the his human name is William Pratt in Spike: Asylum によって Lynch. It is not 発言しました but in that comic his is issued a container of blood (it's a baddie rehab) and the container is labeled William 'Spike' Pratt along with his 年 of siring. His birthday is not revealed though.
This is one of my お気に入り comics, truly recommend あなた picking up both this and Spike: Shadow Puppets as they read as a series
There was something off about Shadow Puppets. I was disappointed with it. I think the puppet Connor and Cordelia making out and (I think it was Fred) breaking the fourth ウォール によって commenting on official 大砲, キャノン and different interpretations was a little too out there for me. But Asylum is a fun read! And anyways, that's just my opinion.
Is that canon? I thought the only comics that were canon were "Buffy: Season 8" and "Angel: After the Fall" (and now "Angel: The Aftermath" I'm not going to take it as canon until Joss Whedon says so and not some 2ndary writer.
I think Lynch and Urru count as they do bring those character into エンジェル After the Fall. If あなた read the extended version (hardcover) and Lynch's little commentary he wants to go with the theory that because characters are intergrated between the two (Beta George is from Asylum) that it makes them close to Canon and thusly we can take this as fact. Joss never confirmed but I don't think he ever confirmed Lehane for Faith but that's commonly accepted.
