No, I don't think we should. It was a great series, don't get me wrong I 愛 the books, but there's no point in dragging a good thing out and having it run out of steam around book 9. That's happened to too many great series and it'd be upsetting for it to happen to VA as well. Besides, the spin off series is out later this 年 and i'm sure it'll live up to our standards... well as long as Adrian's our main guy it will. :)
I'd like to see the story from Dimitri's angle. From his back story to having to track Rose & Lissa down, from having to train her and put up with her snarkyness, kissing, falling in love, then turning Strigoi and then back to Dhampir and breaking her out jail and going on the run etc. He's such a quiet private guy it would be nice to see it from his point of view. I can't imagine Adrian's story would be that good if he's in a perpetual state of drunkenness and pretty spolied. Don't get me wrong, I 愛 the character I just don' think he's as deep as Dimitri.
Diddnt あなた read Last Sacrifice? She wrote a little letter at the front of the book, and even in her acknowledgements. that she will be continueing the VA series, but in ther eyes of a new character, who will be keeping friendly eyes on Rose (we will still get アップデート on Rose and Lissa) So there is a 7th book coming, but new person/or 前 character.
