Are Rachel and Rebecca Black identical twins?

In a ファン fiction I particularly like, they're described as identical, but I'm not sure if that's the writer's choice または if this is mentioned somewhere in the actual books. Can anyone remember whether they're identical twins または just fraternal twins?
