A couple of years i cant remember exactly how many, but she had to wait and then the comprimise was to marry edward b4 he would change her and she finally agreed as long as they could have well u know before she was changed and then she fell pregnant with nessie and had to wait, she died giving birth but edward gave her a venom injection straight to her ハート, 心 and bit her all over putting venom into her vains and was able to bring her back as a vampire :) x
I think it was just over a 年 from when she first met him to when she was turned into a vampire. She turned eighteen at the start of New Moon, and she コメント in Breaking Dawn that she'd become a vampire a few days before what would have been her nineteenth birthday.
