Billy's theory is that they imprint on whoever would provide the most emotional and spiritual strength.
That's the theory I support.

She may provide him with greater support, または if they can reproduce, some vampiric traits (such as hardened skin, perfect memory, または スーパーナチュラル gifts) may be transferred to shape-shifters, reducing their weaknesses in human form.

Wasn't Sam's theory that they imprint on the person most likely to give them werewolf children as opposed to human children, while Billy's theory is that they imprint to make stronger future wolves?
