Well personally, I don't think so. They had もっと見る of a brother/sister relationship, and I don't think Kate would ever have gone for a guy like Tony. (But as a Tiva shipper, Im probably biased. xD)

No, i think she may have persued a relationship with Gibbs tho! Tony and Kate only ever had brother/sister chemistry, where as she had a hot chemistry with Gibbs!
