Ok so Iv got all my downloads in the Sims 2 in a new file.
I still cant use them please help!
What do I do??????????

Are they zip files? If so, you're gonna need to extract them with WinRAR or WinZip. I suggest you use WinRAR. It's free. Just google it and download it.
