My sims 2 launcher keeps shutting off can あなた help me?

every time i go to open my sims 2 launcher it keeps saying there is a problem and shuts the launcher down. i looked online and t says there should be 4 files that shouldnt be there and i checked mine and there werent any files out of place または anything, i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it,and it still didnt work. i have not downloaded anything and the only expansions i have in my game are best of business collection which includes: open for business, H&M Fashion Stuff, and キッチン & Bath interior デザイン stuff, so can あなた please help me?
