Did anyone else notice the continuity errors in 'Halts Peril'?

For example, John Buttle's name is changed to 'Jack' and it is implied that Will came up with calling Shadow 'Blackie' when in fact it was Horace.

I'm pretty sure it was Horace, cos he asked what the イヌ name was, and Will 発言しました he hadn't named it yet

You're right he did say that but only cause Alyss told him it was a bad name i guess Will thought that Horace would think the same
