No, I don't think it will happen. Initially after 読書 the ロスト Hero, I thought there would be something like that between either Percy and Hazel/Reyna. But after 読書 the first chapter of SoN and listening to the passage Rick Riordan read, it appears that Reyna hates Percy and Hazel does not have any romantic interests in him. I know I wouldn't be surprised if Riordan did this, but that's exactly why he maybe didn't do it, to keep us on our toes.

I think it would be interesting, but like another コメント says, its not a 愛 story. But if Percy does like Hazel and they hold each other and stuff I might have to skip those parts. Percy and Annabeth BELONG together.
