First u go to 写真 in ur プロフィール written top. Add some pics (by clicking "choose files")and click upload. The pic will be uploaded 2 ur gallery.
1)Click the button circled red in if u want to make it ur icon.
2)Click the button circled blue if u want to change the name u hv 与えられた 2 the pic.
3)Click the button circled green if u want 2 削除 it.
