i dont know about penn and blake but i know that chace and blake r going out alot these days

penn and blake haven't been spotted together since october 2009. in feb she was spotted with chace in miami and penn wasn't there-most people confused him for chace's manager eric. They have been spotted out a lot aswell. so it could be a possibility she's ditched penn for chace....so i would say chace and blake are dating woo hoo!!
