Selena Gomez has this crazy stalker who won't go away. But thankfully he's behind bars once again.

Earlier in the week he was freed from jail because a judge decided he wasn't dangerous enough. But he'd previously threatened to kill Selena, and she already had a restraining order against him. Sounds pretty dangerous to me...

Luckily, law enforcement got him back behind bars because of psychological issues (it's called a 5150 psychiatric hold officially). He'll be evalauted, and everyone is hoping they'll send him far away from Selena.

Phew! We're glad to know he's not going to be around her anytime soon. Poor Selena, it's definitely been a stressful 月 for her!

With a simple message on フェイスブック Selena ended the suspense. We now know that her new CD will be called Otherside!!

Selena also put up this lovely 写真 in her Facebook, but she didn't say anything about how it was related to the CD. Could this be the cover photo?
