nope. roy wouldn't fall for someone like riza that way. he sees her as a beloved sister. she is too much of a military presence to interest him like that. the military does not encourage 愛 with your subordinates. riza is too caught up in the rules and regulations of the military to go against them, and roy just does not see her that way.
I agree with Laruna, Though I think that Roy's a little Homosexual for someone like her, She dose 愛 him.She will respect any decission he makes, besides, he's too busy looking after Ed. There might be a Little 愛 there!
