Rapunzel's hair is not any evidence, since the creators 発言しました that her hair-cut is permanent (which means she will never have longer hair). But, anyway, thanks for the answer.
Permanent? Why? She can't have her hair longer? Poor Rapunzel.... But perhaps you're right because her hair cut によって Mother Gothel when she was a baby never grow long again. Except if Rapunzel always cuts the brown hair to hide it.
