So, I've recently started doing some basic yoga posts here and there. And I've also started exercising a bit, trying to tone up and get some muscle. Not to impress anyone, but simply to get my body back to a healthier state. None of y'all know this (because I almost never mention it), but I've struggled with being overweight since I was 10.
