1)Where is says "About Me" on your プロフィール page, look below によって your アイコン for "upload photos" and アップロード a 写真 あなた like.
2)Click on Browse and slect a 写真 you'd want to be your icon.
3)If あなた want it to be your user アイコン then also click on "Make this image my user icon"
4)Click 提出する Image.

あなた should have a new User Icon.

Okay...go to your profile...see your user icon?? Go to it and click アップロード photo. (Be sure to have a picture that あなた saved first, though!) Anyways, put a little check in the box that says, "use as user icon" if あなた want to, otherwise, just leave that alone. Then, just press "choose file", click the picture file name that あなた want, and then press upload. Wait for it to upload, and あなた have it!
