How many hours of sleep is enough for you?

8-10

But I can (sometimes) function on just 4 & 1 1/2-6 hours of sleep. But for me to function the best, I’ll need 8-10.

i'm currently setting a new record for longest time asleep. so far my longest was 13 hours but tonight im gonna set a world record, and to ensure my guarantee for success, i'm gonna keep my head under my full bathtub the whole time

3 hours on the weekends but 12 hours on a weekday

I want to sleep forever
But I can manage with 6

I'd say the least amount of time I can get away with to still function is 5 hours. Spent a couple years at uni in a bad system of 2 または 3 hours most weekdays.

But on average, if I get 8 hours I'm great. I usually get 8.

I generally sleep 5-6 hours, otherwise I wake up feeling real drowsy.

2-3 hrs on weekends and 4-5 hrs on weekdays are enough.




I hate sleeping. Instead I could stay awake all night

At least 4 または 5. But 6-8 is ideal.

I don't know I can stay awake two nights in a row but then on the third I sleep for 10 hrs just my schedule (it's weird)

8 または 9. I can feel really refreshed after 10 hours.
