The traditional idea / genre about them are the kind of Characters that USUALLY originate / are inspired from Comic Series like the DC and Marvel Universes, Boku no Hero Academia (as one example from the アニメ World), The Incredibles (If we're going to talk about Disney), etc. Special abilities and a fancy recognizable suit to fight crime. あなた are good to go at that point. Not at all. She's just a クイーン with magical powers. Like, ディズニー and DC Universe/Marvel (as the main points of reference) are so far removed that it's not even funny. And, in fact, I wouldn't say that she really did anything super-hero-like anyway.
In the first movie, she literally froze everything and just disappeared to go and be emotional elsewhere, then only unfroze everything because of Anna.
In the 秒 movie, she basically became a demi-goddess and solved a few problems, but nothing that would really be classified as something a super-hero would do, even assuming that the アナと雪の女王 'world' even had anything of the sort.
