Mainly being close to Nature with the right kind of Weather and 音楽 to go along with it. It makes Meditating even もっと見る effective. The sense of accomplishment as well. I can relax when I know that I have fulfilled a job / role / purpose. 空想 could work too. Temporarily shutting my reality down and getting transferred to my very own world where the possibilities are endless really does the trick !!!!
1) My daydreams usually help me relax. Sure it's maladaptive, but it gives me a good escape. It can cause anxiety when I think about them not coming true but it motivates me to make sure they do!
2) It's stupid but for some reason just knowing that Jared Padalecki and Gerard Way are alive and well puts me at peace. I just want the people I look up to to be happy!
