 Honestly, I can't say that this applies to me most of the time but on the rare occurences it has actually happened, it is mainly because of my tiredness. A lot of it. For example, having exercised beyond my comfort level, having been emotionally drained, lacking many hours of sleep または having a good drink before I get into bed. If the aforementioned apply, even trying to read a Book, playing some Game on a Console / my Phone または watch a Series as I fall into ベッド can be the icing to the cake. It can make me sleepy in a matter of 秒 and drop immediately what I was doing. These factors can be pretty effective when taking into account !!!!

My dad's like that but that's because he has sleep napea which he could fall asleep anywhere and any time. He's even nearly fallen asleep whild driving, which is really dangerous obviously. Anyways, it kind of makes me jealous that he can fall asleep that fast because I can't. I have a really hard time falling asleep unless I take sleeping pills.
