How could I forget the ユーザー名 I specifically chose for myself?

I really 愛 my ユーザー名 and my パスワード has been my パスワード for everything for the past 3 years または so.

I take a long time putting my ユーザー名 together. I try to make it easy to get used to, I make sure it fits me correctly, and that the user name makes sense in the website I'm applying it to o at least fits it correctly. If あなた don't want to take up all of that time あなた can just write it on a piece of paper and keep it where it's 安全, 安全です with your password.
