how afe is fat removal surgery im kinda overweight & my gut is a lil big & i need help i tried exersisin & i c no results & i have kinda a big appetite & im willin 2 exercise constantly if it means ill look skinny & fit rly rly RLY cute clothes & jeans & not suck in my gut uncomfortably im 13 & i rly want u 2 help me PLZZZZZ

Stopping eating will only make it worse. You'll lose your muscle, not the fat. If あなた want to lose weight (which I really don't think あなた need to) then trying eating フルーツ and exercising regularly.

I too am trying to lose a bit of belly fat and one of the things i have changed in my diet is switching out チョコレート and potato chip snacks for apples and 落花生, ピーナッツ バター または sometimes i just eat like a bowl of strawberries o.o
Also stay away from soda ~

Firstly, you're young, あなた have the advantage of having a faster metabolism than those 10+ years older than あなた and in the same boat.

NO to surgery. あなた do realise that if あなた don't correct eating/exercise habits that あなた will gain the weight back after surgery.

Do it the natural way. Eat 5 SMALL meals a day. At least 30min exercise a day. And if あなた feel hungry, just drink water and chew gum. It helps :P

When I say colorful, i mean have a lot of different Colors(色) on your plate. Not just brown/tan Colors(色) on your plate, have purple, red, green, brown, and オレンジ on your plate!
