I don't know what to do im going crazy an anxiety is worse then before help??

Ok I had a few eating problems in the past I just got over my last one but has soon has I started feeling good 4 people call me fat an 発言しました 140 pounds for 5 foot 7 is way too big.... umm... the liquid diet is basically hard または u can eat light in the morning walk または jumping jacks または do something healthy

I quite disagree. I don't think あなた look hideous. あなた could just run for an 時 every 日 and eat healthy stuff. Drink もっと見る water then soda または ジュース and you'll be fine. あなた look fine.

then try to eat healthy または exercise even a little bit everyday. Do something natural to lose weight, don't do those pills and shit. It's better if あなた lose weight on your own. c;
