Best way to for a guy to Propose?

I have a friend that just got proposed to on a ferris wheel and that sounds pretty awesome for now i guess i'll go with that lol.

For me, there are TWO ways.

1) The guy (who knows your お気に入り book) goes out and buys that book. Then he hollows it out and puts the ring in.

2) Puts the ring in a TARDIS engagement ring box.

And if all else fails, this is a third way.

3) When he says, "I ship us" and gives あなた the ring.

it really depends on the girl , and what she likes .
some girl don ' t like getting all 愛 dovey , and just want a simple proposal , like me . but some girls like tons and tons of お花 and stuff .
