It's okay, I guess.

For, what I am assuming, an MSPaint picture, it's pretty good. As a ちび picture, it's getting there. One of Hidan's arms is longer than the other and the expression looks slightly...bland. The hair could use a little もっと見る work, also.

As for Tobi, well done on the mask, it looks pretty good, the hair looks...weird, so,work on that and where's his other arm? o3o' The sign isn't exactly centred, nor is the text, but that can be worked on. Other than that, it's getting there! Tell your friend to practice a little もっと見る and they'll become really good one day! :D
