I have no idea. But it's a coincidence because I just wrote a short Fanfiction of a guy from one of my favourite TV Shows (who has MPD) commit suicide.
No. Its someone threatening to commit suicide, though they may change their mind several times over. That would be dealt with the same as normal suicide.
