Recognize this movie.

Ok I'll try and make this as confusing as possible but I'm not so sure myself. So, it's an animated/reality movie. It talks about this blue guy, I thinks he's some sort of germ, inside this grown man's body. He's trying to stop these red guys from completely killing the grown man on the inside. The grown man has a daughter who is also really concerned about him. I remember one scene where the grown man has a gross pimple on his forehead and he's talking to a teacher and the pimple pops and the white stupor lands on her lip. And in the end the grown man and his daughter are hiking on a 丘, ヒル and the grown man takes a fart. I don't remember as much because I was only a little girl when I watched this.
