sadly enough, i have a curse :( i ONLY get sick on weekends または holidays :( right now, i have a stupid sore throat and i sound like golum (spelling DX) when i speak. does anyone know what i can do to be able to BREATHE again?!

For pain あなた can try willow bark (come in pills または powder from health 食 stores)
For flu/colds - レモン stew, boil 5 lemons cut in half in water, allow to cool, 魚 lemons out, scoop out inside of レモン and put the rind for other use (compost heap is best) tie in muslin, simmer in water again, add cinnamon, sugar または honey (whichever あなた prefer) and simmer until boiling. If あなた like lumps, untie muslin and allow the レモン to fall into stew, if あなた like it smooth, dispose of レモン bits appropriately. Drink while warm. it's 安全, 安全です to freeze and defrost in the microwave for later use too :)

If you're alway sick i suggest boosting your immune systmer, healthy eating, regular excersise and taking vitamins each 日 will keep the doctor away so they say XD. Cod liver oil (which i mash up and mix with ポリッジ, お粥 and honey for breakfast, eating at least one orange, 林檎, アップル または bananna a day, and if your vegan/vegetarien, green vegetavbles. Spinach, broccoli, beans etc.
All can boost your immune system.
