Drink while warm. it's 安全, 安全です to freeze and defrost in the microwave for later use too :) If you're alway sick i suggest boosting your immune systmer, healthy eating, regular excersise and taking vitamins each 日 will keep the doctor away so they say XD. Cod liver oil (which i mash up and mix with ポリッジ, お粥 and honey for breakfast, eating at least one orange, 林檎, アップル または bananna a day, and if your vegan/vegetarien, green vegetavbles. Spinach, broccoli, beans etc. All can boost your immune system.
